Ruby: "It's a hot day, so why not turn on the therm?"

Ruby: "Lin-Z, play something random."

Lin-Z: "Got it! Playing HEAVY METAL!"

Ryan: "HEAVY METAL is my favorite music!"

Ryan: "I can hear it all the way in the backyard."

Lilliana: "Today looks like the perfect day to take Midnight for a walk."

It definitely is, it's a warm summer's day in Brindleton Bay!

Midnight: "I love walkies!"

Lilliana: "Do you think Midnight will notice if we stop walking for a second so I can check simstagram?"

Lilliana: "Hey, my newest post got two whole likes!"

Midnight: "Why did we stop walking?"

Lilliana decided to start a simstagram for the Parsons pets!

Lilliana: "I bet that picture is gonna get so many likes! I wonder how many more we'll get if I can train Midnight to sit in record time."

Lilliana: "No, sit! C'mon, who's a good boy?"

Midnight: "Hmm..."

Lilliana: *Claps* "Yay! Good boy!"

Lilliana: "I'm really good at this pet training stuff."

Do y'all wanna go outside on this warm summer day?

Ruby: "Does it look like I wanna leave the airconditioned house to sit outside in the heat?"
Terrance: "Yeah... what she said."

Lilliana: "Here's your dog treat for sitting!"

Midnight: "Yay!"

Lilliana: "Alright, it's getting pretty warm out here. Let's go home so you can drink some water."

Servo: "I'm glad I'm not outside in the heat."

Looks like Claudio had a kitten with another cat in the neighborhood! Introducing Paddington Parsons!

Midnight also had a puppy with another dog in the neighborhood. Introducing Pixie Parsons!

Paddington: "I'm adorable, aren't I?"

Of course, Lilliana is the most excited about the new pets.

Lilliana: "I can't wait to teach you every trick I know... even though I only know how to teach you to sit right now."

Lilliana: "Is it possible to train a cat, too?"

Pixie hasn't left Lilliana's side!

Off to school!

Ruby: "Does this thing hate me?! It's always biting me!"

All the pets love crowding around Servo.

Servo: "Finally, someone who loves and appreciates me."

Ruby is in her van today to do some readings for sims!

Ruby: "Who wants a palm reading? Or maybe to commune with a departed relative?"
Servo: "Not me, I'm outta here. That stuff's creepy."

Servo: "I'll just be over here reading my archaeology book."

The skating rink is in the park! Ruby and Servo will definitely be skating later.

Ruby: "Hey there, garden guy. Have you ever wanted to commune with your departed relatives?"

Gardener: "Uh... no."

Ruby: "Well, today's your lucky day! Follow me to my van for a séance."

Ruby: "Hmm... yes... I have connected with your grandfather, John."

Gardener: "My grandfather's name was Albert."

Ruby: "Right... I mean Albert. Is there anything you'd like to ask him?"

Gardener: "Why am I a gardener at the Willow Creek park and not a millionaire?"

Ruby: "Hmm... let's see... he's saying the reason is because you applied for a job to work here."

Ruby: "Maybe he'll be back later to find out how to become a millionaire from his grandpa... for an extra 50 simoleons."

Alright, enough of that. Skating time!

Looks like everyone here is an amateur skater.

Servo should be a pro, he's level 10 in the fitness skill.

Servo is back down at Foxbury!

He's here to tutor another class for his job.

The kids are home from school! They look so happy, don't they?

Ruby: "I'm tired after all that falling on my butt during skating."

I think y'all should get started on your homework soon.

Servo is upgrading the stove once again. I'm glad he can instantly upgrade everything, even though there's a cool down time.

Lilliana: "Pixie has been jumping in puddles all day, she definitely needs a bath."

Hopefully soon she'll be trained not to jump in puddles anymore.

Midnight has been jumping in puddles, too.

And Claudio... well... he's just Claudio.

Servo: "How many classes must I tutor?"

Lilliana: "There's a random kid over from school and she won't get off the computer."

Why must every townie make it their life mission to always use the computer?

Lilliana has been training Pixie to potty outside.

Servo: "Hello? Yes, I'd like to book a vacation to Granite Falls."

The Parsons are in Granite Falls! They haven't been here for a long time. Servo needs to collect a few plants that are only available here for the herbalism skill. I also want to add the plants to the Parsons garden, it's one of the few plants the Parsons don't have yet.

Lilliana: "There's a lot of bugs here."

Terrance: "We're really camping during the summer with no thermostat?"

That's right!

Servo decided to cook some stew for everyone.

Lilliana: "Aren't you so excited to be here?"

Ryan: "Yes! I've always wanted to go camping!"

Terrance: "Do you think we should search for a thermostat in this lodge?"
Ruby: "For sure, we can't live without the thermostat!"

Why would there be a thermostat in a lodge?

Servo: "Perfect, the stew is ready."

It's so pretty in Granite Falls! I remember when the Parsons visited here in generation one!

Servo: "Stew's ready!"

Servo: "Hmm? What's that buzzing noise?"

Servo: "Hey! Get away, stupid bugs!"

Stew for breakfast!

While some music plays.

Ooh, I've already found one of the plants! I wonder how many we can find around the campsite?

Servo: "Might as well look for some frogs while we're at it."

Lilliana: "Who wants to play horseshoes?"

Another plant found! Some chamomile!

Terrance: "Get ready to watch me win."

Ruby: "There has to be some sort of method to this..."

Ruby: "It was close! ...Kinda?"

Ryan: "My turn!"

Terrance: "Man, we're really bad at this, aren't we?"

Everyone: "MOSQUITOES!"

Servo: "Hmm... by the taste of this plant..."

Servo: "It's definitely poisonous!"

Why the heck are you tasting it then?!

Servo found another plant!

There's a lot of insects the Parsons can collect around here, too! (I forgot to collect these butterflies.)

Servo: "Could you please tell me where the nearby forest is located?"

Servo: "They told me to keep walking until I see a bunch of trees. I'll collect some frogs while I'm at it."

Servo: "I think I'm close, I can see the forest ranger."

She has creepy red eyes and yellow contour!

Ruby: "I hope this forest has a bathroom."

Terrance: "That bathroom was so gross!"

Ryan: "Ah! Get away, bugs!"

Ruby: "Why are there so many bugs in the forest?!"

...Because it's the forest?

Everyone decided to go hiking!

Hopefully they'll stumble across some plants along the way.

Oh no, a bear!

Servo: "Hi there, bear. You wouldn't have happened to see any elderberries around here, would you?"

Here they are!

Lilliana: "It's so nice out here."

Terrance: "The outdoors is starting to grow on me."

Ruby found another plant!

Ooh, some morel mushrooms! They're apparently difficult to find.

Lilliana: "Any froggies in here?"

Some termites!

Lilliana: "Come here, termites... please don't bite me."

Lilliana: "I got one! Three, as a matter of fact."

I wonder if you can collect these?

A dragon dragonfly! That's a rare insect!

Ruby: "Here, dragon dragonfly... stay still."

Ruby: "I got it!"

Woohoo!

Servo: "There's a lot of fish swimming around here, too."

This seems like a perfect fishing spot.

Ruby: "Why are we doing Servo's work for him while he fishes?"

Looks like the tables have turned. Everyone else is doing Servo's work for once.

A poison fireleaf!

Ruby: "Uh... why do I feel super itchy all over after touching the poison fireleaf?"

Terrance: "This looks like the perfect spot to cloud gaze."

Ryan: "That cloud looks like a dragon!"
Terrance: "That cloud kinda looks like Servo."

Lilliana: "Guess who found some huckleberries?"

Ruby: "Ugh, these stupid bugs! Could there possibly be anything worse lurking around here?!"

Ruby: "Can't... stop... itching."

Lilliana: "Hey, some monarch butterflies! I wonder if I can catch them?"

Lilliana: "I caught them."

Lilliana: "Do you think it's safe to collect this fireleaf?"

This block squirrel is a work of art.

Servo: "Hmm... let me taste to make sure this is the right plant."

Servo: "Yep, that's definitely poison fireleaf. There's only one more plant we need now, that's the false morel mushroom. I think I know where to go."

Into the deep forest?

Servo: "Yep!"

This is where the hermit lives!

Are you kidding me? She has all the plants in her planter boxes! (Except for the false morel mushroom, the one plant Servo needs.)

Servo: "Well, this is absurd."

Ooh, here they are!

Servo: "I have successfully found all of the plants around Granite Falls."

Woohoo!

Ruby: "Ugh, I can't stop itching! I didn't know poison fireleaf makes you itch all over."

Everyone had a great hike except for Ruby.

Lilliana decided to take some pictures in front of the Granite Falls mascot statue.

It was impossible to fit the entire statue into the frame!

Servo can now grill his first herbal remedy, even though he's level 9 in the herbalism skill.

Servo: "A little dash of noxious elderberry..."

It looks like it's coming along nicely.

Here's Servo's first herbal remedy! Some insect repellent.

Servo: "Who wants to sit around the campfire and roast marshmallows that I can't eat?"

Lilliana: "There's even more bugs out here at night time!"

Lilliana: "Maybe some of Servo's insect repellent will work."

Lilliana: "Even though it kinda stinks."

Lilliana: "Did it work?"

Lilliana: "I think it did, the bugs left me alone!"

Servo: "Are we all gonna roast marshmallows or what?"

Terrance: "Ugh, stupid bugs! Lilliana used all the insect repellent!"

Ruby: "It's a wonderful summer night."

Unfortunately, there appears to be a bug in my game (no pun intended) where sims can't sit around the campfire.

Servo: "Oh, come on!"

The Parsons had a great time in Granite Falls!

Time to return home to Brindleton Bay.

Ruby: "That was a great camping trip... except for my rash from the poison fireleaf. Thank gosh that's gone."

Lilliana: "I think she passed it onto me!"
